Most recent job was a full bathroom renovation, by Luke and James, which required a rearranging of the plumbing also. We are really pleased with the finish and quality of the work done. They also did some additional works including installation of a new radiator, replacement of our gas pipe, sorted new washing machine plumbing and waste pipe issues. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work done by the pair of them. Great communication throughout. Will definitely be using their services again”

He was very open and honest about the problem and potential cost to fix the issues (which was very fairly priced) Luke replaced all of the radiators in the house, leaving no sign that he had even been there by cleaning everything up after working in a particular area. He located the gas leak in a faulty valve, shut the boiler down for safety reasons, and said he would be round to fit the new valve ASAP - he completed the job and a full service within a few days, the boiler now runs like new.

He provided a competitive quote, and on the day turned up on time, worked efficiently removing the old boiler, installing the new boiler, re-routing pipework where necessary, leaving the installation looking tidy and neat, clearing all rubbish. He also registered the Boiler for the warranty and has forwarded a gas safe certificate for the work carried out. I cannot fault his service and will definitely call him again should I require any plumbing or heating work done.

He came around shortly after my call and checked everything out. It turned out that there was no gas getting from the meter to the boiler. He waited whilst I contacted my supplier, who arranged for an engineer to visit within 2-4 hours. Luke contacted me later to check that the problem had been resolved and that everything was now working. I explained to him that the problem was the gas meter and a new one had now been installed. I certainly recommend Luke.

After a short period of disconnection LE returned and found an unobtrusive, surface mounted solution for new copper pipes. The job was done very neatly with minimal mess. He came to asses, took the model number and asked if I wanted to change the unit or stick with what I knew- this was something that I hadn't thought about before and was a little extra service. He brought the new unit for me and the whole thing was done with in an hour. Very efficient, would definately recommend to others. Local guy. Tidy work and very pleasant young man. We will be using him again.
